Olejna is from the vase up to the screwable lid completely handmade. Each vase differs from the other by the time-consuming manual work and from the firing process. This way, every oil lamp is unique and has its own charm. 

 

The main body consists of cast red ceramic mass, the lid of tin. An oil lamp wick with glass fibre core creates a particularly high flame and a warm ambiance.

 

The project was developed in cooperation with the FARO Foundation. The aim was to develop a product that could be manufactured and sold in the foundation's own workshop.
